Scholarships

Webster’s definition of a scholarship is: a grant-in-aid to a student (as by a college or foundation) Collegiate Financial’s definition of a scholarship is: FREE MONEY! FREE MONEY! FREE MONEY!

1st, let us start by saying you should never pay ANYONE to do a scholarship search for you.  We had a client recently tell us that they received a notice for a “guaranteed scholarship search” for $50.00. The scam went on to say that if they didn’t find you a scholarship, they’ll return your money. This is one of the oldest scholarship scams out there. These scams are some of the reasons why you should never pay for a scholarship search.

“Hello Mr. Blanks. Thank you very much for the scholarship and for helping me to succeed
my first goal: Go to college. Don't forget to email me that picture of yours so I can sketch it.
Thank you very much.”Lauren Real- Theodore, AL

You pay absolutely no one for a so-called guaranteed scholarship search, period. Not even us! The only true cost for scholarships are your unique talents and/or ability, your hard work, your diligence to search for awards that you are eligible for, and your time and effort you put into the admin and follow up processes to receive the award. There are scholarships for just about anything now- a-days.  We have a client that got a scholarship just for being left handed. Another for having asthma. And still another for simply doing a certain amount of local community service. We have even helped students to obtain scholarships who have artistic talents (as testified above).

There are hundreds of scholarship opportunities out there for everyone regardless of age, gender, background, etc. Not to mention the minority scholarships that are available for African Americans, Hispanics, Asians, Foreigners, etc.

No school or entity can guarantee a scholarship. However, our list of awards are specifically chosen from a survey of local college admission and financial aid counselors as “most likely to receive locally” based on admission and financial aid processes of scholarship awards.  Out of Thousands of scholarships, we’ve narrowed the list down to just over a hundred to give you the best chance of receiving a scholarship for college education.

We’ve compiled a list of awards for you to apply for on this page and we are constantly updating the scholarship list with new awards. Be sure to check the eligibility criteria. Remember, scholarships are FREE MONEY! If you have any questions, Let us know!
